of raw Patna opium bearing the Customs transit certificate without

reporting the sale to the Kwong Un General Office and collecting

It is 14th of August undertaking to pay the tax within 3 days. asserted by the above two Hongs that the sales of these 116 balls were affected before the 11th day of the 5th moon (18/6/10) the date of the enforcement of the new regulations at Samshui.
